SHOULD I BOOK A TRIAL?

Is it worth booking for a Bridal Trial?

Booking the Trial

As a bride you are probably going down your list checking off things to do. When it's time to think about hair and makeup the questions should I book a trial comes up. When booking for a trial this means that you would like to try the style or make up look out before buying. This is a very safe option that most brides take to be sure that they love the work of the artists as well and they love the style or make up look that they choose. When you book for this service, you understand that this is more than likely an additional service. Plus, you will have to pay for the day of the wedding service as well. If you are unsure about how you would like your hair, this option would be best because it gives you the opportunity to try out different hair and makeup options until you become sure about what you’d like.

Here’s a few benefits to booking a hair trial

It Reduces Stress:

On your wedding day, several things will require your attention, and getting your hair done should not be one of them. Booking a hair trial helps reduce stress because it guarantees that you'll have your hair taken care of on the big day. Your trial gives you certainty about choosing the perfect look for you. That will be one less decision you’ll have to make on the wedding day.

It Saves Time:

By booking a hair trial, you will know exactly what hairstyle and makeup look you want, which means that our artists are able to pack accordingly and can also work quickly and efficiently on the day of the wedding.

Identifies Problem Areas:

A hair trial allows you to identify any issues in your hair, such as dryness, split ends, or hair fall. Our priority is hair and skin care first. We focus on treating and caring for your hair as well as skin. Your artist will recommend the best solution, making sure that your hair looks healthy and glamorous on your wedding day.

Builds Trust:

Your trial builds trust between the bride and stylist. You can share your ideas, and the stylist can give suggestions and tips to make sure that they fulfill your requirements. We focus on relationship building. By communicating and testing out different styles, you'll feel much more confident in your artist on the day of the wedding.

Although those are great there are a few disadvantages to booking a trial.

 Cost:

Hair trials are an additional expense that may not fit within every couple's budget. We do understand that we may not be in the budget for every wedding. Please be sure to have a budget set on how much you can afford to spend for the service. Mention this cost in your consultation and we can always try to accommodate the best service for you.

Timing:

Don’t procrastinate. It’s the worst thing to do with a busy bridal team. Booking a hair trial is not always possible if the stylist is fully booked during peak wedding season. Be sure to always book in advance to get the best results.

Sticking to the plan:

Couples may change their minds about the hairstyle they want on the day of their wedding despite previously agreeing with the stylist during the hair trial. Be mindful to not change the style after the trial is over. Be content with one look. Try not to be indecisive with your hair and  makeup choices.

This is just a few ways on how you can move forward in booking your hair trial.
